Bob Lightfoot

Bob graduated from Fife High School in 1968 and from Western Washington University in 1972. As head baseball coach at Wilson High School for 21 years, Bob compiled a 327—147 won-lost record. This included participation in nine state tournaments and resulted in a third pace in 1988, a second place in 1981, and a state championship title in 1977. While at Fife High School Bob was an all-league linebacker on their 1967 state championship football team and he earned "Coach of the Year" honors six times while at Wilson High School. From 1992—1997 Bob was the pitching coach and a two-time head coach for the Tacoma-Pierce County USA-Japan High School Baseball Exchange Team.
