2003 Hall of Fame Inductees FASTPITCH
Don Anderle

an extremely versatile athlete, Don lettered in baseball, football, hockey (yes, there was varsity hockey in high school then) and wrestling at Tacoma's Lincoln High School, and played baseball, fast pitch and semi-pro hockey as an adult. He competed in both the City and Valley baseball leagues before settling on fast pitch softball where he was a standout at the highest level. He consistently led the top leagues in the city in stolen bases and batted between .300 and .400 in ASA league and tournament play throughout his career. In hockey, he once scored 27 goals in three games for the Seattle Bombers, and in fast pitch he was rated one of the better infielders in the Northwest and was named to several all-tournament teams.
