Jim Robinson

Graduated from Bellarmine in 1939 and attended Gonzaga on a baseball scholarship....Signed with St. Louis Browns and played in their minor league system in '41 and '42....Played after war in Toledo, San Antonio, and Elmira....Finished career with Vancouver of the W.I.L. in '49 in total hits with 220, stolen bases with 66, and a .340 batting average....Part time scout for past 15 years for the Athletics and Braves organizations....Fulltime with the Major League Scouting Bureau and has scouted in Oregon and Washington for 30 years.
